He advises at every stage of such a process - from legal audits of land for development, through the conclusion of agreements with architects, contractors, subcontractors, final purchasers, to representation before authorities in contentious matters. Piotr Terlecki has appeared in a number of precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Administrative Court (WSA) and the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) in relation to construction investment regulations (administrative and administrative court proceedings).
The Law Firm has experience in analysing development contracts and other common contracts in the real estate market, including the so-called reservation contracts. We identify risks, provisions that are unfavourable from the purchaser's point of view, propose amendments and also provide personal assistance in contract negotiations.
