Our Law Firm has carried out a number of legal audits of real estate for investments in Poland (mainly Warsaw). It has advised both large companies and individual clients who were planning to acquire real estate.
The firm has experience in analysing development contracts and other contracts common in the real estate market, including the so-called reservation contracts. We identify risks, provisions that are disadvantageous from the purchaser's point of view, suggest amendments and also provide personal assistance in contract negotiations.
We advise on and conduct court cases concerning, among other things, the abolition of co-ownership, acquisitive prescription, remuneration for non-contractual use of real estate, settlement of outlays. We represent our clients in disputes for compensation for expropriated real estate, including real estate expropriated for public roads, cases for determining that the update of the annual fee for perpetual usufruct is unjustified.
We regulate the legal status of our clients' real estate and provide legal services for real estate investments.
