The foundation of our law firm is formed by its partners – attorney Piotr Terlecki and attorney Anna Terlecka. In addition, we cooperate with specialists in various fields of law, as well as accounting and construction. We strive to ensure that our knowledge and experience translates into actual solutions to our clients’ legal problems.
This is because we realise that in today’s reality, business entities are struggling with problems occurring on various levels, which are not limited to legal expertise, but also cover other areas.
We are a constantly developing law firm that aims to expand cooperation on a best friendship basis with companies that specialise in various areas related to the conduct of business. Piotr Terlecki is PhD and an advocate dealing with civil, commercial, consumer, administrative, real estate, cooperative, labour law and bankruptcy cases.
He is a graduate of the S. Batory High School in Warsaw and the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw, from which he graduated with honours (summa cum laude). In 2006, he also graduated from the School of American Law run by the UW together with the University of Florida. In the same year, he won the UW Competition for the best law essay. After law school, he served his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw, which he completed by passing the bar exam. From 2011 to 2019, he was also enrolled in the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
In 2024, he defended his doctoral thesis entitled. “Sanation Administrator” at the Institute of Civil Law (Department of Civil Procedure) at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw on the subject of Polish and foreign insolvency regulations.
He has very extensive experience in litigation (both consumer and commercial) and court-administrative disputes. In addition, he has been providing services to business clients for many years, in particular in the field of corporate law, contract law, as well as real estate law (including the construction process)
In his career, he has cooperated with major law firms in Warsaw, as well as with two law firms in the UK. In addition, he served as an in-house lawyer in two large property development companies. Since 2008, he has been running his own professional practice; since 2010, he has continued to do so as part of the law firm Terlecki & Wspólnicy. As an attorney, he trains trainee attorneys under patronage.
He has advised in numerous construction processes, both on the side of the developer, housing cooperatives and housing communities. He has also represented aggrieved consumers, e.g. in the case of declaring contractual clauses to be prohibited (entries in the register of prohibited clauses of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection No. 2574 to 2582), as well as in numerous CHF cases.
As part of his professional practice, he advises the Qualification Committee of the Mazovian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers.
He was an attorney for the Municipal Consumer Ombudsman in a class action proceeding, which was one of the first in Poland to be accepted for hearing under Article 10 of the Act. He has also represented aggrieved parties in other class action proceedings. One of these cases resulted in a judgment in both instances, in which the District Court and the Court of Appeal in Warsaw upheld the claims of 39 group members in full, awarding an amount of approximately PLN 2.5 million (including interest as at the date of the judgment in the second instance). Ultimately, the Supreme Court confirmed the above rulings.
He has also conducted numerous cases concerning groups of persons, combined for examination under Article 219 of the Code of Civil Procedure and formal co-participation.
He has repeatedly represented clients in precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court (containing important decisions in consumer, cooperative and labour law cases) and the Supreme Administrative Court (primarily concerning construction law). In his professional career he has also advised on draft amendments to laws:
- in 2008, he was a member of the team working on amendments to the Energy Law;
- in 2009, he advised the Civic Legislative Initiative “Guarantees of Payment” working to introduce changes in the framework of debt security in the construction process;
- in 2013, participated in the consultations of the Helsinki Foundation on the assessment of the functioning of the Act on the enforcement of claims in class action proceedings. The Foundation’s report was published in June 2014 – downloadable here.
- in 2023, conducted a training course on class actions for the staff of the Financial Ombudsman’s Office and participated in consultations on the formulation of de lege ferenda proposals in terms of amendments to the Act on the enforcement of claims in class proceedings

He is passionate about scientific books. In his spare time he swims and plays the piano.

Anna Terlecka
Anna Terlecka – legal adviser, dealing with corporate matters, civil law and real estate law (including co-operative law and the law of housing communities), as well as matters concerning confirmation of Polish citizenship.
She graduated from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw with a very good result. Her master’s thesis entitled. She defended her master’s thesis entitled “Universal Succession as a Legal Effect of a Merger of Companies” at the Department of Business Law under the supervision of Tomasz Siemiątkowski, Ph.D., Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2006, she completed Postgraduate Studies in EU Funds and a specialist course in tax law at the Institute of Accounting and Taxation in Warsaw. She attended lectures on American Law organised by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and the University of Warsaw.
After graduating from law school, she completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and passed the legal adviser exam.
In her professional career, she has cooperated with the largest law firms in Warsaw. She has many years of experience in providing legal services to companies. As part of her practice, among others, she successfully conducted the process of transformation of one of the largest transport companies in Poland.
She has experience in conducting court cases for individuals and business entities. As part of her proceedings, she has represented, among others, developers and housing cooperatives. She has successfully conducted proceedings concerning defects in common parts of a building, thanks to which it was possible to obtain compensation by housing cooperatives.
She has acted as a legal advisor to property development companies, housing cooperatives. She advised the Qualification Committee of the Mazovian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers in Warsaw.
Anna Terlecka has successfully handled cases concerning confirmation of Polish citizenship.

Sławomir Kurek – adwokat, zajmuje się sprawami z zakresu prawa cywilnego, w tym bankowego, wekslowego i rodzinnego oraz sprawami dotyczącymi prawa administracyjnego.
Jest absolwentem Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie. Obronił pracę magisterską pt. „Postępowanie w sprawie o ustalenie istnienia lub nieistnienia stosunku prawnego lub prawa” w Katedrze Postępowania Cywilnego pod kierunkiem dra hab. Grzegorza Jędrejka, prof. UKSW.
Ukończył aplikację adwokacką przy Okręgowej Radzie Adwokackiej w Warszawie, uzyskując wpis na listę adwokatów.
Jako adwokat prowadzi sprawy sądowe oraz pozasądowe z zakresu prawa cywilnego i administracyjnego, dotyczące zarówno przedsiębiorców jak i konsumentów. Przez wiele lat współpracował z dużymi kancelariami prawnymi w Warszawie, w tym z byłym sędzią Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Posiada bogate doświadczenie m. in. w sprawach dotyczących prawa umów, w sprawach wymagających sporządzenia nadzwyczajnych środków zaskarżenia, w tym skarg kasacyjnych do Sądu Najwyższego, w sprawach rodzinnych oraz sprawach dotyczących sporów z dużymi instytucjami finansowymi, umów deweloperskich, umów o roboty budowlane i błędów medycznych.
Paweł Rudnicki
A graduate of the Master’s degree program in Law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
He gained experience at leading law firms specializing in pursuing claims arising from foreign currency loan agreements.
In cooperation with the Law Firm, he focuses on foreign currency loan agreements, particularly those involving Swiss francs, euros, and US dollars. He has experience in civil law, with particular emphasis on drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts. His areas of focus include civil law, commercial law, and administrative law. His academic interests are centered on issues related to personal data protection.
He is conversational in English.
In his free time, he enjoys alternative, rock, jazz, and grunge music.
Karolina Springer
In 2019, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin.
She was a recipient of the Erasmus scholarship at the Faculty of Law at the University of Valencia and the University of Lisbon.
In cooperation with the Law Firm, she focuses on foreign currency loan agreements, particularly those involving Swiss francs, euros, and US dollars.
She has many years of experience in client service and has achieved numerous successes in contract negotiations.
She is passionate about travel, Scandinavian crime fiction, and the real estate market.
She is fluent in English.
Klaudia Burdzińska
Klaudia Burdzińska, a legal advisor, handles civil law matters, with a particular emphasis on medical law. She has several years of experience in conducting court proceedings, particularly in civil procedure and disciplinary proceedings, as well as providing legal services to entities in the financial market sector.
She is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and completed postgraduate studies in Medical Law, Bioethics, and Medical Sociology at the University of Warsaw. She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw, obtaining entry on the list of legal advisors.
Grzegorz Szydłowski
Grzegorz Szydłowski, an attorney-at-law, practices in civil, commercial, and commercial law, as well as banking, family, and criminal law. He specializes in conducting court and extrajudicial proceedings, particularly debt collection and providing comprehensive legal services to businesses.
He graduated from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, where he earned a Master of Laws degree.
He completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and was admitted to the roll of attorneys.
He gained professional experience at renowned Warsaw law firms, where he handled cases in civil, commercial, family, and criminal law. As an attorney-at-law, he represented clients at all stages of court and enforcement proceedings, prepared legal opinions and analyses, and also prepared, reviewed, and negotiated contracts. He has extensive experience in providing legal services to companies operating within capital groups, including ongoing corporate services, legal support for complex organizational structures, and oversight of debt collection processes. He has also handled numerous family and criminal law cases, representing clients in court proceedings.
In his professional practice, he combines high substantive precision with a pragmatic approach to resolving legal problems, focusing on legal security and the client’s best interests.
He speaks legal English fluently.
His interests include sports, particularly swimming and tennis. He also loves traveling.
Alicja Kopczewska
Alicja Kopczewska – trainee attorney, dealing with cases in the field of civil law, including in particular banking law. Her area of interest also includes the law of new technologies and labor law.
She graduated from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw with a very good result. Her master’s thesis entitled. “Distinctiveness in the employment of persons with disabilities,” she defended
in the Department of Labor Law under the supervision of Dr. hab. prof. UKSW Monika Gladoch.
During her law studies, she gained valuable experience by providing free legal advice on criminal and administrative law at the student legal clinic operating at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.
Since 2025, she has been a trainee attorney at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
In 2024 she began her master’s studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, majoring in Security in the Digital Economy. These studies enable her to deepen her knowledge of the law of new technologies
and cyber security.
In her career to date, she has worked with renowned Warsaw law firms.
She is a classical music lover, a violinist, a graduate of the State Music School of the 1st and 2nd degree in Lomza, and a scholarship holder of the Podlasie Province Marshal in the artistic field.

Katarzyna Gajewska
Katarzyna Gajewska is a fourth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. Her primary academic interests focus on civil law, with particular emphasis on real estate law. She actively expands her theoretical and practical knowledge through her involvement in the University’s academic life, including serving on the board of the Administrative Law Student Research Group and participating in the Polish-German Student Council. She speaks English.
Dariusz Skłodowski
Dariusz Skłodowski is a fifth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, and a graduate of a first-cycle degree in economics from the same university. His areas of interest include civil and commercial law. He completed an internship at the District Court in Warsaw. He develops his academic skills by continually expanding his academic portfolio. Despite not yet completing his studies, he can boast the publication of several scientific articles in prestigious academic journals, articles in peer-reviewed scientific monographs, and presentations at national and international academic conferences.
Aleksandra Brzezińska
A fourth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She gained professional experience working with a law firm and a restructuring advisor, among other positions. In her current practice, she has provided ongoing legal services to corporate and individual clients, including preparing procedural documents, corporate documentation, and applications to the National Court Register. Her professional interests focus on broadly defined commercial law and white collar criminal law, with particular emphasis on white collar crime litigation and corporate liability. She actively expands her theoretical and practical knowledge in the business area, including M&A transactions, through workshops organized by the Student Research Group.
She speaks English.
Sandra Marchlewska
A law and administration student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
She gained professional experience in public administration, a law firm, and a district court, which allowed her to develop practical skills and understand the functioning of legal institutions from various perspectives. Her interests focus primarily on human rights. She is actively involved in university research groups, including the Student Human Rights Forum Research Group, consistently expanding her knowledge and ensuring ongoing updates on developments in various areas of law.
She is fluent in English.
Besides her studies and work, she pursues her artistic passions – she sings in a choir and plays the piano.
Kinga Kruchelska
Director of Administration. She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at the Helena Chodkowska University of Management and Law in Warsaw. She has extensive experience in administration, HR, and office management, gained in small and large companies and Warsaw law firms. She is responsible for comprehensive management of administrative, HR, and operational processes, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting teams in their daily work. She successfully combines attention to detail with the ability to organize processes and implement solutions that streamline office operations.
