Litigation

The Firm provides legal services in representing clients before common courts and the Supreme Court.

The Firm’s lawyers have appeared in many precedent-setting cases representing both wronged consumers (e.g. class actions, CHF cases), employers and employees (labour law) and housing cooperatives (cooperative law), housing communities (housing associations) and business entities.

Apart from the above-mentioned cases, Piotr Terlecki also conducted, inter alia, proceedings concerning the issue of uniformity of the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence on the background of Article 398(20) of the Code of Civil Procedure. The above-mentioned case, which came 3 times before the Court of Appeal and 3 times before the Supreme Court, concerned the precedent issue concerning the uniformity of jurisprudence and the role of the Supreme Court in this respect against the background of Article 398(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure (I CSK 378/18 and I CSK 444/22).
