The firm provides legal services in the field of day-to-day legal services for housing communities. It provides legal services in disputes with developers concerning defects in the common parts of the building.

We aim to resolve the dispute in a pre-court procedure and participate in mediation. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute amicably, we represent housing communities before the common courts on the basis of assignment agreements granted by its members.

Thanks to our efforts, the housing communities obtain compensation allowing for the elimination of defects in the common parts of the building.
