Co-operative Law

The Law Firm provides legal services in the field of comprehensive legal services to housing cooperatives, including in particular the drafting of internal acts of cooperatives (statutes, regulations, resolutions), provides legal services to the bodies of cooperatives (general meetings, meetings of representatives, member groups and the supervisory board) as well as legal assistance in the day-to-day operations of cooperatives, including debt recovery.

The Law Firm provides legal representation of the cooperative before common courts and administrative authorities.

The law firm also represents aggrieved members against cooperatives.
